BOOKING POLICY

At Colombo Transport, we aim to make your booking process seamless and transparent. Please review our booking policy to ensure a smooth experience with our services.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total booking value.
  • Full payment must be completed at least 7 days before the service date.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation by the Client:
    • Cancellations made 21 days prior to the service date are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 07–20 days will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
    • Cancellations made less than 07 days before the service date are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation by Colombo Transport:
    • In the unlikely event of cancellation by us, a full refund will be issued, or an alternative service will be provided, subject to client approval.

3. Amendments

  • Any changes to booking details (e.g., date, time, vehicle type) must be requested in writing at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability.
  • Additional charges may apply for amendments involving extended usage or upgrades.

4. Payment Methods

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash.
  • Bank details for transfers will be provided upon request.

5. Liability

  • Colombo Transport shall not be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or natural disasters.
  • We ensure all vehicles are insured and maintained to the highest standards for your safety.

6. Special Requests

  • Any special requests (e.g., child seats, specific route preferences) must be communicated at the time of booking and may incur additional fees.

7. No-Show Policy

  • If the client fails to arrive at the agreed pickup point within 30 minutes of the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.
